We offer Flat Rate U.S. Shipping for $12.95.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We are able to ship to street addresses, P.O. F.P.O. and A.P.O. boxes in all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not currently available.

HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING + SHIPPING TAKE?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed and ready for shipment within two business days. Orders placed after 12pm CT on Friday or over the weekend are shipped the following week.

We ship from our warehouse in Edina, MN. Most packages are shipped via 
USPS Priority or First Class Package Service, and 2-5 business days from shipment to arrival is typical. Certain products have longer processing times, especially personalized products and curated gift sets. We're happy to provide processing + shipping estimates upon request.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

  • $12.95 under $150
  • Free over $150 per address

Please note that additional shipping costs may be required for any items that are oversized and overweight, or if rush shipping is needed. In this instance you'll receive an email and invoice for additional shipping costs. Once the invoice is paid, your shipment will go out. 

SHIPPING / DELIVERY ISSUES

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Non-returnable items: 
-Gift cards 
-Some personal care / beauty products
-Personalized or custom-made products
-Final sale merchandise
-Any products that are specified as non-returnable the product description

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

DO YOU PROVIDE PRE-PAID RETURN LABELS?
Giften only provides prepaid return labels for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, please contact us at 1-612-483-6909 or by email at hello@giftenmarket.com and a representative will be glad to send you a shipping label to exchange or return your defective items.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN / EXCHANGE?
Please allow two weeks for processing of returns and exchanges. If you need to expedite the exchange process we suggest you purchase the new product from our website and send the unwanted or incorrect merchandise back to us as a return. (Please note that we can only issue a refund back to the original credit card used for purchase for each item).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
